My wife and I went up to the only tractor event in our area today, hence the thread title. It is usually 100 degrees but it was in the low 80's today so I told her lets go!

More yet---That Farmall died and needed a jump right in front of us so the Ford with the loader came to the rescue. Surprisingly, I know the guy on the high wheeler! Lettered quite a few race cars for him back in the day! Tried to find him later but talked to his sister. She said he got too fat to fit into a sprint car any more---LOL!

Those 4 Cub Cadets were the only Garden tractors I saw until I ran into this MF12G! Guy had $500 on it but we got to talking to him. He said he wants to keep it but can't get it running right. Either it is good on higher RPM.s or at idle. Can't get both worlds. Told him of my 3 MF's and that one was a 12G like his. He asked if it had the HH120 still in it. Told him I had to swap it out for a Predator 13 Horse.

He was thinking of trying that so I told him that I had a build thread on GTT. He said "are you MFDAC?" I said yeah that's me! He had been reading that engine swap thread just last night he said! I kinds felt like a celebrity---LOL!

That MF 12 has the rear lift. Must of had a sleeve hitch or tiller at some point. Good looking tractor. You need another one Doug.

No, don't need more---LOL! I did like that rear lift on it though! He's got a mower deck for it but nothing else. Told him it wouldn't be real hard to build a sleeve hitch for it. The mounts are there.
