Penetrating spray and a good punch Doug, preferably brass. If you can get one to move all the way you can tilt the plate to remove it.

Seven out of my eleven Deeres are gear drives, so it's hardwired in my brain:)

Doug, to adjust the variator look in front of the lever, their should be two holes, they may have plugs in them. If you look into the lower one you should see a 3/4 bolt. Set the handle five clicks forward, there should be two clicks left before it is all the way forward. The next step is to...

Hmm, you got the deluxe seat set up, for the time. Between my uncles two 112's and his 140, plus my 110 and two 112's, only the 140 had the slider seat. There are cheaper seats then Deere sells that will match the mounting bolt pattern. TSC has them, can't remember if Runnings has them, been a...

I use dry graphite on mine, the dealership I previously worked at sells it for coating seeds used in the air planters and air drills. I pour a little in the pulleys and drive the tractor, moving the variator to allow the graphite to work it's way in. You could try it that way if the pulley isn't...

Sounds like the center of variator sheave is stuck. If you can find some graphite, especially powdered, I would dust it real good. Sometimes they loosen up enough to work. You need to check it out real good if it does loosen up, it shouldn't be so loose that you can tilt it, just enough to be...

    Hay Season 2023

Cuts down on drying time, it allows more sun, and more importantly, more air to reach more of the hay.

Can you drill and tap a small stud into the flywheel portion of the broken fin? Then maybe drill the broken off piece and JB weld them together?

The old girl is just showing her age Doug. You should have seen some of the JD's I've drugged home and worked on, some good, some I've thrown some money into.

    Trenching.

Do you have a rear blade? You could straddle the trench and pull dirt over into the trench.

The wheels being missing is kind of common, both of my CC500's are missing them, I don't think the CC600's come with them.

That's a Brinly CC 500 cultivator, the center shoe can be removed so you could straddle a row and cultivate on either side of it. They also had a wide "duck foot" shoe for that model. I have two like that one and one CC600 with spring tooth harrow tines.

What did you do with your tractor today?

Some info on the square fender 110's, 112's, 120's and 140's. The 110 came out with a 7.5 hp engine and went up to 10hp. You could get them with manual lift, electric lift, and hydraulic lift. The 112 started with 10hp and went up to 12hp, and like the 110, you could get them in manual...

What did you do with your tractor today?

The H1's without the front remotes were just for mowing, the one my uncle has was used as just a mower for a small school. Doug, the first number is the Type code, like Noel said, it gives the different options on your tractor. The second number is the serial number.

What did you do with your tractor today?

Not all H1's came with front hydraulic couplers, the knock outs are there, but not the lines and couplers. I added a set to my uncles tractor to operate a blade lift cylinder. Also, not all H3's came with rear hydraulic couplers, they were part of a kit so one could put the three point hitch on...
