My dad always wanted his own crawler, the blade and cable system were after market. He added another block to the system in order to get better control of the blade. It was diesel and was started with a pony engine he put on quite a display that garnered a lot of attention when he started it. Pic was taken in the early 80's at the Midwest Old Threshers Reunion in Mt. Pleasant Iowa. He is 88 years old now and his Caterpillar days are way past.
