25-8-12 atv tires?

Depends what width your rim is.

I'd say it would fit either way but you may end up with a funny tire profile depending on actual rim width. That size sounds like it came off the front of a 4 wheeler. Probably a 12x7 rim?

I had zero interest in putting a mower deck on the roper before I even bought it, snow blowing and tillage work is 90% of what is sees. Maybe the odd bit of logging or just cruising around.

I guess Monday I’ll bring the tires to work with me and swap them out.

He did build a "mud mower" using an old MTD, but tore that down. He also built a "Tracta-cooler". his youtube is City Slicker builds if you want to see it in action.
His Sears was originally going to be a crazy build using an old 650 motorcycle engine. He changed it up and it will be his work tractor, pushing snow, pulling a trailer, etc

Here is his Tracta-cooler, he is now tearing it apart as he doesn't have the room and it really isn't what he had planned, the thing was massive, the seat was close to 5' off the ground.
