That why I took that shot. Completely open too. Couldn't put one on if you wanted to.
The push rods are right out in the open.

Can you imagine having to oil your rocker arms each time you drove your new car. Would really be fun at -20 degs.

Pretty cool! I'd roll in that no problem. It has to be fun just watching the valve train operate! He has definitely added a few later model parts, but whatever it takes to be able to get them on the road! Wouldn't doubt there is an electric fuel pump somewhere too.

I think this Chevy that was converted into a "doodle bug" is newer although the radiator cowl is very similar. We were guessing it is about a 1929. I'm not even sure the engine matches the remains of the body.

Every picture I googled of a 25 shows the grill a little different. So I'm not so sure the grill is the original on the picture I posted..

It looks like they did use a different radiator cowl, newer I'm pretty sure! I'm also pretty certain that it has an aftermarket aluminum radiator too and the top and bottom tanks are partially exposed.
