A little more on the JD 316

The other day I pulled the fender pan to finish coating it with the Rust Reformer. First off was wire wheel time to remove some of the rust. Then the orbital sander.

Got it all coated and let it dry.

While I had the pan off, I addressed an issue with the LH brake pedal rubbing the pan. Found the rod for the RH brake was not letting the pan move over. So I reworked the rod to fit to the inside of the pedal bracket.

I'll probably put the JD Classic Green on this at a later time.
 
Looks good Kenny. I need to do this on my 318. I wanted to prime the seat pan, hood & grill before winter. Will you spray the green finish coat on top of this or prime again. I really like the tail light sockets on these. Now you've inspired me.
