Satoh Beaver with front loader get kind of light of the back wheel occasionally. Picked up about 80 lbs of bench weights at a yard sale for $10. I have another cast iron weight from ?? that weighs about 50 ot 60 lbs. Plan is to mount these on a 5/8" rod between the two lift arms of the 3 point. Not sure that a 5/8" road will carry that much weight without bending. The cast iron weight is about 16" long so plan to use it for the "box" to set it in to remove the weights when using other 3 point equipment. The hole in the cast piece I believe is 1/2" but can enlarge it to 5/8" for the rod. I may have to arrange the weights to keep the lightest towards the center possibly? The weights are 15lb, 12lb,10lb, 5lb, and 2lb if I remember right. Any thoughts or suggestions? Going to work on it this morning.
