Air, electric metal cutting tools

I use 4.5" cut-off wheels in my electric grinder a lot. Also my 4"X6" HF band saw.
Same here, but also have a HF air nibbler is sometimes use for odd shaped cuts on thin metals. I use the cutoff wheels the most by far, and mostly using my Lowes "Kobalt" cordless grinder.
I have the same tools these guys do, plus a magnetic drill press that I'm starting to like, and I'm think about buying an Evolution metal saw after borrowing a friends. That thing sawed 1/2" hot rolled plate like it was a pine 2x10!

Edit: I emphatically DO NOT put my fabrication skills anywhere NEAR these two guys! I'm a machinist, but fab work is a whole other skillset, which I am still hacking away at!

What do you guys have, shears, nibblers, air, electric. Good points , bad points.

I’m looking at maybe buying something. What are your thoughts.

Noel
I have all of the above. Only thing I use these days is the 4 1/2 grinder with the cut off wheel. I have a second grinder that I have a grinding wheel on. I will switch it to a wire wheel when needed.

Drill press or hand drills when I can't use the drill press.

Pretty similar stuff here, HF chop saw, 4-1/2" cutoff wheels on grinders, small oxy-acetelyne torch, and a 3" pneumatic cutoff grinder and wheels. I like the metal burrs that you can put in those grinders and drills for moving some metal too. I've only got one burr that I have used the heck out of but plan to get a few more from Benchmark. I just have hand snips for sheetmetal but If I have to shear something we have one at work. Then a floor standing drill press and the normal hand drills everyone else has.

4 1/2" grinder with 6" cutoff discs, Makita abrasive saw and O/A set. An air die grinder with a carbide bit in it. Also have a HF nibbler but man, I hate all those little crescents. There oughta be a way to rig up a magnet on it to catch all of them.
