Bar mower hydraulic to Electric Actuator

Tractor does not have hydraulic ports, only to run the loader. Looking an an older McCormick pull type bar mower and replacing the hydraulic cylinder with 12v electric actuator. Lift only used to lift the bar to clear cut grass. Not familiar with the actuators, would one have enough power to lift the weight, which is basically unknown? Being a trailer type most of the weight remains on the trailer so not like lifting the entire mower as on a 3 point or even fast hitch.
 
An actuator big enough to lift 50-100# probably won't be cheap.
And cheaper ones tend to be really slow. Can't really offer any good advice on the matter Roger.

A winch would work. and I happen to have a small Black & Decker as long as it is pull to life and no push on an arm to lift. Got to find a mower first within driving distance. One in SW Mo over by Ill. Another in Eastern Kansas South of KC an hour. Old horse drawn with lever lift would be good but the Amish keep them gathered up.

Push shouldn't be to hard, just mount a pulley somewhere and reverse the direction.
