Can anyone ID this Van

Hi all I found this picture on the internet and find this to be an interesting small van its a US Postal vehicle so I guess anyone could have built it but I' curious does anyone know any more about these

It’s a ford. No a chev. Jumpins a dodge. Surely one of them is right. Sorry Gary. Just foolin with ya. I don’t know what it is. But I have seen them before. Were milk delivery vans too.

I plugged the picture into an image search......one result said it was from 1953, no brand though

That split window dodge truck looks to be a 53. Just guessin, I remember sitting on my dads knee steering one of those trucks.

Hey all went in to town to the shop this morning a this is sitting in the supper club parking lot had get some pictures I know what is was and is not sure what their using it for
