My children brought this over to me for a Fathers Day / Birthday Present. The motor appeared to be locked up but turned out to be so much mouse crap under the flywheel that it wouldn't move. It has been parked outside in the weather long enough to rust the seat hinge and the hood hinge until they won't hardly move.
