Starter/Generator on a Wisconsin 10 hp. Starter works good. Generator will charge 8 A. + up to half throttle or a bit more. Go up on the throttle and the charge drops. Full throttle shows -10 A.. New regulator last fall. Any ideas what is going on? Something in the regulator possibly?
