Clutch adjustment

My farmall a just got her new transmission in. Now its grinding bad how do I adjust it? There is a hole in the torque tube with a threaded rod is this the adjustment if so how do I got about adjusting it?

Better get a manual and go by that. They all adjust a little different, depending on the set up, with or w/o torque, 2 stage clutch, etc. My IH 400 had about 4 different adjustments to get the right setting and free play. Main thing is not to much free play at the pedal. Usually 5/8 to 3/4".
