I've had this cbf for years & never got the adapter for checking light switches & junction boxes. I have to switch over a lot of receptacles & light switches for a friend in a very large home. I went to buy one the other day but was over $20. Including things I never needed. So I just took a female plug from HF for $3. a pair of alligator clips I already had & a few heat shrink tubes. Works great!
