Electric Loader and Red Oak

I think that block of wood would be closer to 300lbs. I have handled several much smaller ones that were close to 150 lbs each, turning them on a wood spliter. They usually split nice though if you have the power to split them.

I just removed a large storm damaged sand pine a couple months ago, approx 54' tall (give or take 2'), and 18" wide at approx 4' up from the ground.

Sand pines are not very dense like oak is.

I tried to lift a 3' by 18" section with my JBJR without success. This told me the piece had to be approx 250lbs and/or greater, and that was light pine only 18" wide. So 300lbs? Yeah, or more.

I like seeing what these little tractors are capable of.
