Farmall C Rear Wheels

Now that I have new tires on the Farmall 230 I figured I should clean up the old rear wheels for the Farmall C and paint them. Got them broke down and as you can see the Calcium got to them. One rim is not bad at all but the other needs to be welded up around the valve stem hole. I think I will run these thru the Electrolysis tank first and then sandblast.

Sandblasted the rear wheels along with another front wheel that will go on my 230. I found I already have 3 front rims cleaned up and epoxy primed waiting for paint. Also found 2 sets of new 5.00-15 tires too mount on the front wheels. They will go on the Super C and 230 so I will need to clean up another pair of fronts for the C.

I put new front wheel bearings in the 230 and saved the best outer bearing and race to put in the C front hub. I had robbed one out of the C to get my 230 rolling for the tractor show last month. Got the hub put back on along with a tire and wheel that came off the Super C when it got new tires. The front is now bock on wheels. Just need to do some welding and painting on the rears so we can get it rolling again.
