The frys were cooked at a local fry truck take out joint. But the fry’s were my potatoes I dug today. I kinda know the owner/operator so he agreed to fry a few of my potatoes. He and I both liked them. They were good.
I’m gunna take in a few blue potatoes in a few days and try them, just for the heck of it.
One more row to dig at savage harbour. Rain tomorrow, so maybe Friday.

I’m storing them in a clay basement. It’s cool and dark there. And I put them in plastic web sacks. I put nails in the floor joists and hang the sacks. Keeps them off the floor. So, cool, dark and air flow thru the sacks. About 30 lbs per sack. Has worked very well in the past.
I’ll post a picture of the sack today.
