Getting ready....

With the great lake states expecting snow, 4 to 10" in my area, on Monday/Tuesday, I figured I had better get something ready.
I put the $60 FF blade on the back of my new to me FF 24. It needed some freeing up, but got it all pivoting and working well. I'll probably use that one backwards.

Got the 18/6 with a front blade mounted. I got this blade from a buddy for nothing, it has a suburban mule drive adapter with newer Craftsman snow blade. Someone tweeked it pretty good, a little crooked but it will work. My winch quit over the summer so going to use this manual one this year, didn't get time to build my hydraulic setup.
Hopefully we won't get snow now ;)

Just cold for her the next week. Need to ground froze up good before we get an snow. You think your drives are back with snow on soft ground, try feed cattle with no bottom and a foot of snow on top, much less the cattle getting to the feed. Big mess.
