How Do I Fix These? 10 HP Garden Tractor Emblems

Hi All,

I am looking to fix my 10 horsepower side hood emblems on my Craftsman tractor (if I can), and would like to make them look pretty and somewhat new again. Any suggestions?, here are some pictures to show you what I am talking about. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I'd polish the border and letters/numbers so they're done.
Then paint the whole emblem ignoring what you just polished. When paint is almost/ dry wipe letters / numbers off with some paint thinner. Taking your time it should come out like new...

Another way would be to paint the whole emblem, let dry and then turn it face down and rub on very fine sandpaper. Taking off only the paint on the border and letters..leaving the paint in the background. Your border and letters may not have the finish you want doing it this way though..I

Never mind some of my reply above I just took notice the middle isn't raised..!

Those screws got to go....too big or something..?

I have worked with a few decal companies for restoration work, I would contact one and send them a few photos and measurements, they can print that on foil background to fit right in
