Like Al hates safety switches (I'm with ya on that, Al) I've come to dislike igniters like's on the JD Kawi engine I put in my Toro wheelhorse. 2 years ago the igniter went out so I ordered another and it would start. Now this year it went out again so I ordered another and everything is fine. If it goes out again I'll order 2 and probably never have another problem, LOL!!
