MF 7 is on the hoist and I just noticed the rear tire looks sorta bad. Hehe.

I know one of the front ones are bad like that too. Tractor is a 1971. So I guess 50 years is not to bad out of a tire. Probably no warranty. Hehe. We’ve had the tractor 16 years. So on the hunt again for tires. Ag on the back and 3 rib for the front. Hopefully.

Tractor is on the hoist for brake work. One of the pads came apart. So I made a new pad and glue it on. Just have to get it back together.

I dont like AGs on a GT... ya still need chains on them in the winter and I HATE chains.... every broken axle I have seen has been a direct result of using tire chains... these days with all the R+D tire companys put into ATV tires they offer far more traction in all conditions over an AG type tire.

Wrap some tape around it for now!

Not my idea, actually came from another member on this forum a few years ago. Have a front on the Bolens RAM "repaired" that way and has run for 4 or 5 years.
