IH #1 Dump Cart

Brought this cart home today. Power washed it and took off the side boards.
It has some rust through issues and some dried concrete to remove.
The wheels were caked with grease and needed a spacer behind them to keep them from rubbing the cart.
I installed a spring into the latch mechanism and it now works correctly.
Good news: It rolls easily behind a G.T. , dumps and relatch's properly.
Bad news: Someone painted it Baby Blue.
Needs the bed patched.

Has a slight twist in the drawbar.

The tires and wheels don't match.
