I probably won't make one, cause I've already got a wire welder and a couple of stick welders, but there's a video showing how to build a 200 amp welder from the transformers out of 4 microwave ovens. A fan from one microwave is used for cooling. It look's simple and easy and welds 3/8 steel very well.
