Steering wheel is right, colors are wrong and I am always suspicious of the tire overspray units.
if they can take a few minutes to put on some masking tape, what else did they shortcut?

pricing in PEI is fairly similar to what I see here in Alberta... winter in Canada is hard on these older tractors so they're usually in rough condition like the one I have... its not worth much but if it was in good working condition asking $1000 would not be un-reasonable
