As far as I know, its kind of hit and miss. Maybe AlC or one of the other guys close by would have a better idea.

I been there many times. Just putting out information for some that weren't in the know.

Do all the auctions out there have those high % plus the buyers premium? Never have and never will take part in an auction that has a buyers premium. Few tried that around this part of the wood a few years ago and when the crowd quit coming , they quit the buyers premium.

"A fool and his money are soon parted". Must be a lot higher population out that way than here. 3-4K per county is about the norm, other than the Counties with the bigger cities.

Williams Grove has a consignment auction in September and there are no buyers fees there. It is huge, 4 or 5 auctioneers going at the same time. Anything and everything at that one.
