I recently bought a new set of 3 high-lift blades for my 2009 Craftsman PGT9000’s 54” deck.... approx. $70 at TSC. Fortunately, I picked up the wrong set (6-point star, needed 5-point), so I returned them this morning, expecting to exchange them but they didn’t have the 5-point-star blades..... off I go to Lowe’s...... none there, either. Ended up at an Orscheln’s..... they had several sets of the blades I needed..... $35! Maxpower, made in the USA!!!

That worked out good! Now I can go back using our 3-bin bagger to collect mulch for the garden.

Thank you for that link, Kenny. That will come in handy. I used to use Tulsa Engine Warehouse, but they are not in business any longer.

Yard looks much better. New blades did a nice job of bagging..... got 9 bags of clippings to start adding to the garden rows for mulch and weed control.

I hope to get out early tomorrow morning to finish planting my garden!
 
I used to bag but was spending twice as much time running to dump and back than actual mowing. Sold the whole outfit.
