My other auto shield failed so instead of buying replacement lens I went with complete unit from Amazon. YESWELDER tm
I’d read some reviews
Works excellent. I like having the shade/grind setting knob on side of shield

Looks like a great hood, Jazz! The Vulcan I got at HF a couple years ago looks pretty similar. I like the shade/grind switch too. My old one still worked. I'm getting old and decided a bigger lens was needed to see better. It is by far superior to the old one.

I have heard good things about Yeswelder.

One of our really good welders at work uses a yes welder hood. He welds pretty much every day 8-9 hours a day.

I have a Vulcan, but I weld maybe 5 minutes and I’m good.
Most of my welding these days may not be over 5 minutes. Back when we dairy farmed we had many days of a year with welding 4-6 hours or more fabbing or modifying equipment.
