New Paint Buffing Supplies

Went through my old stuff and all of my buffing pads are worn out. I still have some compound but wanted to try the Meguiar's Ultimate Compound and I was about out of the No. 3 Machine glaze. Put an order in to Amazon yesterday evening and it arrived around noon today. This should last me for years.

Does the backing plate fit a drill, grinder, DA?

It fits an angle polisher with the 5/8 thread. The pads are 8" diameter.

Now we're talking.. I get into detailing quite a bit.. I have a Porter-cable random 6" orbital like below...these work great. Also have a 8" rotary for the more difficult stuff. The amount of polishes out there today is mine numbing.
