Hi Noel that is a 1216 a newer Jim Dandy, the JD's were smaller than the Power King still a good tractor they were handier for mowing because of the smaller size. I can't see in the pictures if it has a dual trans set up probably not it was an option and was really only needed for tilling and snowblower use. Dose he have a deck and anyother attachments with it? If not its a pretty high asking at least for around here

No other attachments Gary. I didn’t think it was to bad of price. Just depends on what you want I guess.
