I buy wood glue by the gallon jug and have been using a couple of old smaller glue bottles that are worn out. A couple of friends have these so I bought one from Amazon.

I probably do need to get another bottle of wood glue, but can't justify the quantity you go though, Jim. I get the small bottles of "Gorilla" wood glue. Looks like a very clever design for a refillable bottle!

Once you squeeze the glue it’s there instantly then when you let go the suction empties the glue back down from the nozzle that prevents clogging. It might be awhile before I use it we’re getting single digits for a high in a few days.
