Actually the almond milk isn't that bad. Its a great substitute.

In the article above, the plant based milk isn't so nice. It you dig deep into the rice milks, it is scary to know the contaminates and the fake fillers makers use.

I put real milk on my granola a couple of times a week. Which means I throw a lot of milk away.
So, it's more economical to use my wife's almond juice.
