With lots of hoopla, warnings, flashing notices we were to get 3-5" of snow maybe a 1/10th of inch of rain etc. So I had a pep talk with the PK 1620 & GT5000 the GT5000 with its new OEM blower belt and the 1620 with the chains and plow blade reinstalled that they could be in for a good time when I went out the shop door both were smiling from headlight to headlight. Well mother nature decided to play a trick on us and moved the storm a bit to the east missing us here completely so this afternoon I have to go into the shop and break it to them

Hehe. They’ll be sad. So I must of got the snow you were going to get Gary. But it’s gunna change to rain here soon.

My tractors were sad yesterday when I told them because of the price of gasoline, that there will be no more driving around for fun. They’ll only be out to do work. They didn’t like that, nor did I.

never thought about lawn work and mini bike fun being more expensive. We probably killed 10 to 15 gallons a month just for the mini bikes.

Right now at $3,77 the price of gas is the same as it was back in 1976 adjusted for inflation, now I don't like paying $3.50 a gallon it better than buying and paying for a new pickup right now in 1977 I bought a new Ford F150 plain Jane and paid $4750.00 for it gas was about $.80 then

Mine were all quite happy being inside and only 3/4" of snow on the ground. I t was wet sticky stuff and ground had cooled down enough it stuck good to the roads. Entire Southern 1/2 of the state lists the toads as 100% covered.

went to Ottawa to get this 2016 F150 for son, the new F150 in showroom was $92K!! He can justify upgrade having to work all over the country and it sure is nice to drive.
my old Toyota sucks except at the pumps where it’s hailed the CHAMP in

We are predicted to get 1 to 3" of snow Friday night into Sat. I hate this stuff, I was doing yard work and pulling a transmission last Sat in a t-shirt with 72* weather. Saturday predicted a high of 27 with low of 15*.

They have us forecasted for 1"-3" Saturday. Cold again on Sunday. Then in the 50's 60's next week...just enough to make some more slop..
I raked the stones out of the yard " once " already... Ain't doing it again !
