Plowing, Discing, Tilling, and Planting

We decided to plow up a small hay field and re-plant with a good hay/pasture mix. I started out last Wednesday the 18th by brush hogging it down tight in prep for plowing. Since it is a small odd shaped field I used the Farmall Super C with a 2-point 16" C-10 plow. It took me 2 afternoons, Thursday and Friday, to get it plowed.

We put the seed on Sunday evening and then chain harrowed and rolled it on Monday. We are suppose to get some rain showers late Wednesday evening that should get the seed off to a good start. I had hoped to get more pics of the process, but as the designated photographer I haven't had much opportunity since I am doing most of the tractor work also. I'll get a few more pics of the field today.

Question , moldboard plowing , when i use it i am getting excess dirt exiting on the landside ,

Could this be because i don't have a colter to slice the dirt and help control the dirt rolling ?
