Potato bugs hangin on to the end.

Finished digging potatoes at savage harbour today. About 150 lbs out of the last row.
But the potato bugs a hangin on till the last guns fired.

Noel they got your number buddy. They look forward to your planting every year. We didnt have very many this year. I'm not sure weather related or not. Last year we planted keenebecs & this year Yukon gold. Have you noticed any of your varieties have more beetles than others.
 
I planted, kennebec, yukon gold, russet, cobblers, superiors, norland and blues. All varieties had the same amount of bugs. I also planted in three different locations. One 1/2 hour drive from home, another 1/4 hour away, and at home. All had bugs, but the location the farthest away was the worst. :rolleyes:
