Power Steering Issue Showing Up

When I mowed for over an hour the other day I noticed the power steering on my Cub Cadet 1862 was getting slugish and a bit hard to steer. Ground ravel with the hydro was not effected nor was the hydraulic lift. Have not got into it yet but wonder what issues I need to be looking for. First thing will be to pull the fender pan and give it a good bath under there. PO said it was done just before I bought it. Few years back I bought a Super to flip that had issues and had the power steering unit rebuilt along with the cylinder which solved the problem. Anyone have any experience with these units?

Thanks for the link Jim. I changed the oils and filters, tractor and engine when I got it home. Use Northland IH Transdraulic and Baldwin filters. Will try the front end lift and see what happens. Possibly air in there some place. Had to add about 1/2 pint to bring it up to full before I used it this spring.
