Hey all. Been working on my 54" deck. I hit the tongue of one of my trailers and bent one of the shafts. I ended up stripping and powder coating the deck, replacing all bearings, cleaning up all parts and replacing things that needed replacing. Got it all back together finally and went to level deck....and then the questions start.
1. I swear that prior to taking it apart the gauge was accuarate to the height, now it is off by almost 1.5 inches. Is it possible to adjust it somehow?
2. The adjustment nut on the left side is loose, how to get the nut off and replace it? Saw it off?
3. One of the deck hanger bolts is bent, now says NLA, any ideas?
