Put the JD 316 to work

My buddy Steve was doing and engine swap on a Chevy 4X4 for a friend. Time to break out the old hoist and put it to work. I set this up about 30 years ago, been used many times since. Works real good if you don't have concrete to work on. I helped him pull the old engine yesterday. Today I am bringing the new one around to install.


Getting aligned and Steve is putting the motor mounts on.


It's in place, all done.

Thanks, Daniel! By using the GT to pull it, you have a lot easier task of getting it lined up and pulling it out.
