I have a Briggs 6hp vertical engine 12H802 2677-B1. Your all familiar with this issue; the metal grommet on the recoil housing has a sharp groove worn in it. The housing itself is $35+ for a new one. Does anyone have a fix for this? If not I'll post an add for a used one. Part# for the housing is 691421.
