Satoh s650g Farm Tractor, need help with govenor!

Hi there, I have a 74 Satoh s650g that I have fixed up. The last thing I need to fix is the govenor but I have hardly any experience with them. I can get a little more than 1500rpm out of the tractor and then the govenor will back the throttle off to idle.

Is there an aftermarket one I can get? Or adjustments i can do? Any help would be much appreciated! Everything else is running great and I'd love to be able to use the tractor on my property
