Looks like a 71 it actually has the Mach I logo on the left front fender
No, 74’s we’re the smaller body style
It’s between those years the 71-73 had similar body styles
That "Grabber Blue" Mustang needs some stripe detailing like the yellow one. Cool old rides though, the Mustang and the rat truck. I stuck my head into the passenger side windshield of a brand new '74 Mustang II that looked almost identical to that pic Bill posted. A friend had owned it a couple of months and we were cruising the main drag one afternoon. A school bus came rolling backwards out of an alley and we t-boned it. Had a few minor cuts but that was it. The bus driver had set the brake and had to get out to help a passenger but the brake failed. The car was still so new it wasn't totaled. Good thing my car was parked on a side street a couple blocks away!
Guess my '55 don't qualify as a "rat" since the bottom of it don't drag on the ground---LOL!
