Got this in a trade. It's a 15 HP gear drive. 44" deck. Gave the lawn a haircut with it today. Cuts well as all Simplicity's and AC's do. Has a short turning radius. But, if you have to use REV., best have your foot on the brake and hand on the shifter! REV is the same as 5th Forward, way too fast for small areas! All in all, I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Bigger yard, probably 9.5!
