Acquired this from a buddy who is a retired mechanic & does a lot of metal scrapping. He didn't know its condition other than it was owned by an older couple who kept it in the garage & maintained it well.

Well, the gas was dak & varnish smelling so the 1st thing I did was drain the tank & flush the lines. Fuel pump working fine, still wouldn't start. Cleaned the carb, still no start. Cleaned the plug, but decided to replace it. Started up, adjusted the carb. Runs really good. Did a test mow on my front lawn & it cut nice & evenly. Made a couple brackets to secure the shroud that covers the steering column. Mowed my entire lawn with it the next day, then gave it a pressure wash. Ready to go, should sell soon. Had a potential buyer before I even got it running. Took some pics & made a craigslist ad anyway.
