I have been researching homemade lawn sprayers.
Im going to be using 4, 5 gallon jugs i got from work.
Im also going to have a wand for tight places.
Ill be using it to spray bug killer, weed killer ,fertilizer and so on.
My main question is what type and size of nozzles do i need.

Lotta variables in calculating that, pressure, nozzle output in GPM, ground speed for the main ones. For ground speed, with a stop watch, time it over a measured distance of at least a hundred feet to figure MPH.

I have a tow type sprayer and after one use I moved the boom to the front of the tractor with a power switch next to me. Much, much easier to control where the spray goes as you only look one direction all the time. The boom has two nozzles and covers about a 5' wide width.
