Welding Helpers

Just bought a set of these to help hold parts for welding. <$25 at Amazon.


I'll have them Monday. Let you guys know more when I get a chance to use them. They have a larger set but they are $75.

I seen those but they only had the larger ones and I thought they would be handy. I think the smaller ones like you got would be better.

I just have 4 little and 2 larger triangle ones from Harbor Freight. Simple as they are they can be helpful as can be. Those are pretty cool. May have to order a set.

What I like is the angle options with these. I have three different sizes of the ones you are talking about. Just have to see how well they hold something. I would like the larger set, but just a bit too much money for those.

Those look handy. Ever notice every time you go to use those magnetic positioners that you have to clean a bunch of metal off of them. Other than compressed air has anyone come up with a good way to clean them?

They do pick up EVERYTHING.
Clean them off only to have them collect more stuff...

Depends on the length of the bead.

I like them, Kenny! Will probably order some as well! The triangle magnet metal attraction problem is constant. I just put my welding gloves on, wipe them with a rag, then blow them off. Don't do it bare handed. Don't ask how I know. Of course you need the magnets right where you do grinding too.

I blast of air around 120lbs. works great for me
