Hi Chris, have not ever seen a plow like that have seen the one bottom walking plows and 2 bottom sulky ride on plows its new to me interesting though

Big plows like that were common for a short time before no-till came into practice. That appears to be a 7 or 8 bottom. Can't tell for sure. We pulled a 5 bottom Oliver with the 4020. Plowing was something I enjoyed. I have both a 2 bottom JD ground lift and a 2 bottom disc plow with 26" discs. Much prefer the disc plow.

Hi Chris, I was talking about the 2 bottom walking plow on the hay rack, have seem the bid plows like your talking about but they kind of got used less when chisel plows came in and the no-till not as much no-till around here now mostly chisel plow /disc combo
I like the Cockshutt tractors to me they are nice looking really like the looks of the 540 pictured one

Gotcha. I had to go back and look. I've never seen a 2 bottom walking plow like that either.
A lot of people are using something called a Salford around here now. One shot tillage and it sure leaves the fields looking nice.
