Sears cross arm go thru the main beam and the upright is wrong too. The main beam looks Sears-ish, but the moldboard is different... also, the coulter mount on a Sears is part of the third point bracket. It both could be and isn’t at the same time.
If it wasn’t so high and so far away, I’d go and look at least.
Maybe ask for a pic of the other side?

While it looks similar to a Sears 3-point, I don't think it would work there. Think the coulter would be hitting the trailer hitch.
