What is this one-wheeler? Thinking of buying it if west coast manufactured.

If you can get it cheep it doesn't make a lot of difference what it is or where it was made it is unique and you will be the only kid on the block who has one. If the owner doesn't know what it is or where it comes from and they want a lot they are just fishing. Don
