Will Husqvarna warranty use, other than for cutting grass on GT/ TS?

I had an online conversation yesterday at approx 15:30 EST on Husqvarna's official page for answering consumer questions.

The response is in white, my communication is in blue. Start with screenshot 1 and work toward 7. Number 8 was today.

I'm not done by any means, these examples are very interesting.

I have protected potential privacy by blotting out private names.
