I think the theory is, if the tractor does tip over, the taller bar may help keep it on it's side instead of going upside down, and possibly a full rollover. Whether or not the bar is actually strong enough is another story.Why are the roll bars so high on these new tractors. That would almost protect you while standing up.
Same here Noel I would be hooking a lot of stuffWouldn't be good for me. I take the tractor into the woods some times. Roll bar like those is no good for in the woods. Even folded down I would say is still a pain. Just my thought.
