I know the guy who built this truck, and I have seen it up close, it’s really nice. I agree that’s a lot of money, but he probably has close to that much into it. Before he built this, he built a 65ish C10. I don’t have any pictures, but it was a copper color with a tan roof. If I remember correctly, he sold that for around $65,000 to a guy in Utah, about 5 years ago. $6500 sounds like a great deal, nowadays I see these trucks needing a restoration going for that much. They are one of my favorites, and I want one, but not that bad.Does it come with gold bars in the bed?
Looking at the advertisement it has some nice parts put in it. The QA1 suspension is a game changer from what I’ve read.
I just don’t see these old trucks and such being worth that kind of cash. I remember when I got out of high school you could find solid rust free (or mild rust) trucks for cheap. I didn’t have the cash at the time but I could’ve had a nearly fully restored 69 short bed 2 wheel drive for 6500 dollars. It was a beautiful truck. Needed the interior finished. I tried to borrow the cash from my dad and he said no way.
They aren't around here.I just don’t see these old trucks and such being worth that kind of cash.
I don’t doubt there is cash invested. But that to me is the I way over spent building it and now I am trying to get my cash back price.I know the guy who built this truck, and I have seen it up close, it’s really nice. While I too agree with you and like Chrome Dac, I like how the bumper is integrated into the body.Looks pretty clean, Nick! I would just prefer a chrome front bumper rather than the roll pan. Stance, wheels and tires are good!

Normally I would prefer a chrome bumper too, but I think the roll pan just looks right on this truck. While I too agree with you and like Chrome Dac, I like how the bumper is integrated into the body.
Nope, it’s all metal. That’s probably a fiberglass dog house is the reason for the rolled front end. I like it but I still prefer leaving them as stock as you can when restoring.
